• The vast negotiation and business experience of Capstone can be a distinctive advantage for the client.  During his legal career, Jeremy Sanders has represented several Fortune 500 companies such as Goodyear, Shell Oil Company, Exxon Mobil, and Texaco in business transactions and complex litigation.  He has taken that negotiation experience and concentrated on representing professional athletes to maximize the fullest value of their playing contracts.  Mr. Sanders has represented athletes in contract negotiations with professional sports franchises and corporations such as Nike and Reebok.  During that time, he has developed strong relationships with coaches, scouts, front office personnel and corporate sponsors.  Mr. Sanders has been invited as a guest on MSNBC to discuss player contracts, endorsement opportunities for professional athletes, and current issues in sports.  
  

• The professional experience of Capstone makes a significant difference in the effectiveness and longevity of a player's career.  Gary Cravens has been a scout in the college and professional arena for more than 25 years.  His relationships with NFL team personnel can provide invaluable assistance to Capstone clients preparing for the NFL Draft and throughout their playing careers.  Chance Dennison has served in both the scouting and operations departments for two Major League Baseball organizations.  His experience and network of contacts fostered while serving in those capacities prove to be a unique and invaluable resource for Capstone clients as they make the transition into professional baseball and throughout their career.
